Our main support channel is via our online support forums.
You will get a response within 24 hours of posting your questions. These forums
are monitored by our engineering team who will directly answer your questions.

Pre-release software, in the form of an Alpha or Beta release, may
be downloaded from the Elzaris Technologies website by registered users.
It does not require a license key but these installations are disabled after 30
days. New versions can be downloaded after that and the trial date will be
reset.
Evaluation versions of our software products are available via download from
the website. No license key is required to run these evaluations. These
installations are disabled after 15 days. Should an extension of the trial
period be required, a Trial Extension License Key can be requested from
support@elzaris.com.
Release software, when purchased is activated by means of a License Key. This
is issued to the user via email immediately following the confirmation of
payment by our merchants: ShareIT. This License Key is a per-user license key
and is to be used by one user only. Additional users of the software need to
purchase additional license keys.
DB Documentor and DB Elementals require a few software packages to be installed
before they can be sucessfully operated.

Although DB Documentor and DB Elementals may run on standard versions of the
supported operating systems, we recommend and support only operating systems
with the latest services packs installed.

DB Documentor and DB Elementals rely primarily on SQLDMO support for
enumerating available Microsoft SQL Server Database servers. Hidden servers or
servers behind firewalls may not be discovered automatically, however if their
connection details are known they may be accessed manually.

The first year of maintenance is included in the price of the product.
Thereafter the maintenance contract can be renewed yearly on or before the
anniversary date of the product purchase. Included in a maintenance
contract is free access to all upgrade versions of the products purchased,
along with high level support for the products from the engineering team.
